What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, Personal Check and Money Order. All financial transactions are processed on our secure server which is protected by VeriSign's SSL and HackerSafe technology. If you would like to use personal checks or money order, please finish the checkout process by choosing "Personal Check / Money Order" option for payment method. How long will it take to receive my order?
It takes 1 or 2 business days to process your order for in-stock items. If some of the items are not in stock at the time you place the order, your order will be shipped out within 2 to 3 business days. If the item is not available with our suppliers, we will notify you via phone or email. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email within 24 hours with a tracking number and details necessary to track your order.

Can I return a product I ordered?
No problem. Simply return the unopened products that you have had for less than 30 days. Please enclose a copy of your invoice or your order number with the return package. We will credit back your card after deducting shipping and handling charges. Please allow us some processing time for the return and for the posting of the credit to your card. Please note that we cannot refund the shipping and handling charges. Shipping and handling charges are the actual charges incurred by us (not what is on the invoice). Therefore, if you received free shipping when you placed the order, and later returned the product, we will refund you the price of the products less the actual shipping and handling charges. You must carefully package the product, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and we must physically receive the return within the 30 day period. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements if the products returned are not in good resaleable condition.

Do I need to set up an account to shop on your website?
Not at all. Our shopping cart was designed to make the checkout process as friendly as possible. You can purchase products from our website without setting up an account.

Do I need to pay sales tax with my order?
Sales tax of 6.5% is applied only if your order being shipped to Utah. We do not charge any tax for orders shipped to the rest of United States and other countries.

What if an item I ordered is on backorder?
Although every attempt is made to maintain inventory of each product, products do end up on our backorder list. If any product is not in stock for an order, we will, usually, hold the shipment of your entire order until all products are available. If most of the items are in stock, we will mail your order in two shipments, but you will never be charged for shipping twice. Backorders that could not be fulfilled after five business days will be cancelled and we will notify you via phone or email.

Will you sell my information?
Absolutely not. Your personal information is protected and completely secure with us. We do not sell, share, rent or exchange our list of customers with anyone. We never disclose personal information about individual medical conditions or interests.
